Mollie Neely; Senior Account Manager,
is from the fine city of San Antonio, Texas made her way up to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1999. She describes herself as being self and goal driven, competitive and enjoys any challenge that comes her way. Mollie graduated from Herzing University with a bachelor in Graphic Design. Before coming over to InStile Acquisitions, Inc. Mollie’s prior experience included bar tending and managing at a local Third Ward, Milwaukee bar and also at Northwestern Mutual, she held an administrator assistant position and helped to build that current branch to where it is today.  Mollie told herself she was ready for a new challenge after searching high and low to find the best fit for her, she answered an advertisement online for InStile Acquisitions, Inc. Mollie explained she was excited to see the positive and energetic environment she thought InStile Acquisitions might have for her. Mollie began her career With InStile Acquisitions, Inc. in an entry level marketing/sales position and progressed quickly with the company. Mollie does to say “Don’t let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning”.


 photo(2)Aleksander Sasic; Account Manager, is from Wauwatosa, WI. Aleks graduated with an associate’s degree as an FAA certified jet aircraft technician where he started off his career at Midwest Airlines. While working full time in the airline industry he decided to go back to school full time at Cardinal Stritch, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Aleks continued working in the aviation business and remembers thinking quite often, “There has got to be something better out there where I can make my mark in the world.” He found his place at InStile and has advanced very rapidly gaining respect and recognition quickly. He is now the TOP GUN of the office and loves teaching others how to be just as successful as himself. Aleks has proven time and time again that his aptitude, hard drive, and charisma is what has made him who he is today.  He now naturally looks outside of the box glancing at every angle to be one step ahead of the game. There are always challenges in this world and when asked, “What do you do when life deals you lemons?” He replied, “I make vodka lemonade!” ;) His ultimate goals in life is to open branches and become a successful entrepreneur while giving back and engaging in philanthropy. Aleks stands by one of his favorite quotes by Dhirubhai Ambani, “If you don’t build your dream, someone else will hire you to help them build theirs.”

Tom Stevenson; Jr. Account Manager, was born and raised in West Bend, WI. After graduating High School, he decided to attended college in Missouri for four years. After college, Tom moved back to West Bend and knew he wanted to start his career in sales. He began his career at InStile Acquisitions. For the future, he sees himself running his own office and eventually attending law school. Tom’s favorite advice is: “Become competitive with yourself to become the top person in all areas of your job!”

Eugene White; Account Manager, is a Milwaukee native. He discovered his talent with sales while living in Louisville, KY after attending schooling for two years. Once Eugene moved back to Milwaukee, he began his career at InStile Acquisitions. His competitive mindset for sales comes from his love of boxing, skateboarding, and basketball. “Before taking the position I had no idea what my career would be, but now I know exactly what I’ll be doing for the rest of my life. It feels amazing to have that confidence in my career.” Eugene states.

 

 

 

 

Evan Nuckols; Jr. Account Manager, was raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Hphoto(4)e moved to the Milwaukee area three years ago. After graduating high school, Evan decided to join the United States Marines. Evan attended Oakland University where he studied business administration. During his duration at Oakland University, he was a part of the Oakland University college lacrosse team.  With his competitive and can-do attitude, he has found himself a career at InStile Acquisitions. Evan began his profession with InStile Acquisitions in the entry level marketing and sales position and progressed quickly. He loves the opportunity for advancement and the office culture. Evan’s favorite quote is, “No one ever reached the top of the mountain by digging underneath it.”

 

Alexandra Schroeder; Jr Account Manager, was raised and grew up in Wauwatosa, WI she then moved to photo(7)Hartford, WI where she attended Hartford Union High. Alexandra from there attended and took classes at Moraine Park in West Bend. Alexandra, came from a background of healthcare with her past positions; including CNA/Med Tech at assisting living homes in the West Bend area. Alexandra decided she needed a change in her career path and wanted a position where she would be able to help others and reach their goals as well as hers. She started at InStile back in May and progressed into the Corporate Trainer position quickly. Alexandra stands by one of her favorite quotes that Babe Ruth stated, “Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.”

 

 

 

 

photo(1)Emily Wallenfang; Jr Account Manager, is originally from Green Bay, WI. Emily recently graduated from the University of Milwaukee, in May, with a Bachelors in Human Resources. While in college Emily’s past experiences include hospitality positions at Rock Bottom and managerial roles at Vanity Clothing. After college Emily wanted to utilize her degree with her managerial and sales experience she accumulated throughout the years. Emily started at InStile in early May and has quickly achieved success within her first month. Emily’s future goals are to run her own business and manage others along the way. Emily’s quote that drives her is by Amelia Earhart, “The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity.”

 

 

photoCameron Mattes; Senior Account Manager, reigning from Elkhorn, WI attended the University of Whitewater and soon after transferred to Gateway Technical College and majored in Business Management. After graduation, Cameron, decided to enter the insurance industry in the marketing department. Cameron developed and learned many public relations and marketing skills and techniques while being there. Cameron decided he needed to see more of an opportunity for growth for himself and applied to InStile in early March. Since, Cameron entered InStile he has progressed his way into a Corporate Trainer position handling responsibilities such as; training, interviewing, and managing others. Cameron hopes one day to operate his own marketing office and goes to say, “If you don’t set goals, you won’t reach success!”
