Launce Wickesberg is from the fine city of Menasha, Wisconsin. He has always Launce Wickesberghad an entrepreneurial mindset and is a natural born leader. He enjoys competition and pushes to be the best. He attended college at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, where he earned his Bachelor in Business Administration. He participated in Phi Sigma Kappa and held many executive positions. He also participated in the American Marketing Association and the local Habitat for Humanity. Launce’s professional experience includes working for the Crossman Art Gallery in Whitewater gaining experience in gallery coordination and event planning. Bartending at Roma’s Restaurant and Lounge; gave Launce experience in customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Before coming to InStile Acquisitions Launce held a position at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater Health Center as an event planner and medical assistant allowing him to take control and create his own projects and deadlines.

Launce began his career with InStile Acquisitions in the entry level marketing and sales position and progressed quickly. He loves the opportunity for advancement and the office culture. Launce motto is, “Just take one step at a time and you will reach the top of the staircase,” and that is what Launce is doing.


Mollie Neely
is from the fine city of San Antonio, Texas made her way up to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1999. She describes herself as being self and goal driven, competitive and enjoys any challenge that comes her way. Mollie graduated from Herzing University with a bachelor in Graphic Design. Before coming over to InStile Acquisitions, Inc. Mollie’s prior experience included bar tending and managing at a local Third Ward, Milwaukee bar and also at Northwestern Mutual, she held an administrator assistant position and helped to build that current branch to where it is today.  Mollie told herself she was ready for a new challenge after searching high and low to find the best fit for her, she answered an advertisement online for InStile Acquisitions, Inc. Mollie explained she was excited to see the positive and energetic environment she thought InStile Acquisitions might have for her. Mollie began her career With InStile Acquisitions, Inc. in an entry level marketing/sales position and progressed quickly with the company. Mollie does to say “Don’t let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning”.

Raymond Zabrowski from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Ray graduated from Ripon College majoring in Marketing and Studio Art.  Raymond started his professional career in the hospitality industry and restaurant management before coming to his position at InStile Acquisitions, Inc.  He loves working at InStile Acquisitions, Inc. for the challenge, opportunity the company’s corporate trainer position provides, as well as working along side like-minded, hardworking and highly motivated individuals.  Raymond’s future plans include building a second home near a beach with having a short commute to fulfill his love for skiing.

Tom Stevenson was born and raised in West Bend, WI. After graduating High School, he decided to attended college in Missouri for four years. After college, Tom moved back to West Bend and knew he wanted to start his career in sales. He began his career at InStile Acquisitions. For the future, he sees himself running his own office and eventually attending law school. Tom’s favorite advice is: “Become competitive with yourself to become the top person in all areas of your job!”

Eugene White is a Milwaukee native. He discovered his talent with sales while living in Louisville, KY after attending schooling for two years. Once Eugene moved back to Milwaukee, he began his career at InStile Acquisitions. His competitive mindset for sales comes from his love of boxing, skateboarding, and basketball. “Before taking the position I had no idea what my career would be, but now I know exactly what I’ll be doing for the rest of my life. It feels amazing to have that confidence in my career.” Eugene states.

Abegail Valerio originates from Las Pintas, Philippines. She later migrated to the United States in May, 2011. Abegail is a very dedicated and goal-oriented individual.  Her main goal in life is to work hard, learn a lot, and keep moving to reach everything she is aiming for. She graduated from Emilio Aguinaldo College with a bachelor of science in nursing in 2007. Before coming to InStile Acquisitions, Abegail held a position at Medicard Philippines Inc. Abegail’s future goals includes building a charitable institution for children.

Matt Frank comes to InStile Acquisitions from Northern Wisconsin, where he was born and raised. Matt has always loved the country, being in the outdoors, and participating in outdoor sports such as football and golf.  Matt attended the University of Wisconsin in Superior. He graduated with an associate of arts degree. After graduation, he decided to enroll in the United States Army. Matt is very inspiring. He fit right in at InStile Acquisitions as an entry level marketing and sales representative and rapidly advanced. Matt’s favorite motivation quote is “go hard THEN go home, there is no OR about it.”

Evan Nuckols was raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan. He moved to the Milwaukee area three years ago. After graduating high school, Evan decided to join the United States Marines. Evan attended Oakland University where he studied business administration. During his duration at Oakland University, he was a part of the Oakland University college lacrosse team.  With his competitive and can-do attitude, he has found himself a career at InStile Acquisitions. Evan began his profession with InStile Acquisitions in the entry level marketing and sales position and progressed quickly. He loves the opportunity for advancement and the office culture. Evan’s favorite quote is, “No one ever reached the top of the mountain by digging underneath it.”
